The downside of this decision was that it took a while for the light winds to get less light and actually enable us to sail. Oh dear, we know we are in these latitudes a bit early. It's either much too much or not quite enough and we are really only getting 1 good day in 5 anyway. Where we are going will hopefully be less rolly because it looks like we might need to be in Riedle Bay a few days.
Those big hills looked less ominous in the day.
Leaving the cute headland behind.
A happy skipper.
How different the rocks are on the opposite side of the inlet.
Geologically speaking, what ever happened here?
Lemon Rock at the head of the opening.
This ketch was taking advantage of the light conditions to get to Wineglass Bay.
We both altered course to take a closer look at one another and say "Hi there".
A rather dramatic headland on the way.

Once anchored at Whalers Cove in about 12m, we noticed that our neighbour was an eagle.
