The predicted northerlies and the reason we'd shifted to Eden from East Boyd Bay, weren't causing any discomfort and certainly didn't warrant the extra 10m of chain The Bloke had preemptively let out during my shore leave the day before. But happiness really is 50m of chain in front and a few clear nautical miles behind you, and in that state of
happiness The Bloke could be lured ashore for a coffee, a sausage roll and a walk. With any luck we'd even find a replacement fuel cap for the outboard motor. The pesky thing had mysteriously fallen off.
Looking at the Killer Whale Museum
Plenty of old colonial charm
Letter box, no doubt inspired by Boyd's Tower across the bay.
Is this the Amalphi Coast?
Eden sits on a bluff and this enormous private home is nestled on the northern side on a small inlet.
Signal tower forming the centrepiece on a roundabout.
Couldn't resist the flowers on the way back to the harbour.
The wind really couldn't decide on a direction and boats pointed in all directions.
No complaints about the sunset.
