Bermagui has it's own ocean pool and to get to it we needed to walk around the headland that protects the harbour from the south. It's clearly very well utilised as there are lots of seating areas adjacent and even the local bus makes a stop there - albeit at the top of the hill. Warning: there is a bit of a Jacobs Ladder to reach it.
The pool was developed taking advantage of the natural rock formations as well as a bit of dynamite.
Plenty of handy hints and tips on how to best enjoy this facility.

Sadly, its a gloomy day but in fine weather this would be a cracking place to swim with little fishes and not the big biting ones!
You really do swim with the odd local crab too.
The viewing platform
The view from above.... yes, very inviting!
