Dropping In

The weather wasn't super friendly. As luck would have it, the heavens opened up on our last day on the hard stand. That put an end to a last minute bid to complete all the hull polishing and The Bloke had a difficult time doing the last patches of antifouling where the props had been. These can't be tackled until the boat is in the slings.

The staff used rags to dry off some of the water running down the hull enabling a quick dab of paint.

And she's on the move.

Once in the water we then spent 5 days in a pen cleaning off all the dust and debris that had accumulated on the decks, then polishing the topside. During this time we had plenty of visitors dropping in including a cameo appearance from this diamond python. Rubbing itself on our power lead is about as close as we'd be comfortable with.
