As with many jobs around Zofia, the Bloke will often get me involved; winching him up the mast, standing around holding stuff etc....and inevitably cleaning up while he is glowing with the pleasure of an accomplishment. Why should this job be any different? What began as a simple plan to lubricate the hand pump finished up as a full clean and de-scale and as usual I was co-opted to lend a hand. On the up side, at least this was a job that didn't come to light while on a passage.
Just 10C and overcast, so as good a day as any to stay below decks with your head down a toilet.
Note to self: more frequent vinegar flushes.
