We are Racing Again

Our blogpost way back in January, 2013 about our sailing partners has proved very popular and sadly it's been a year since we have actually sailed together. We are prompted to update everyone by the recent sailing activity of Easy Tiger who have taken to the open seas again and recently reported their position in Lakes Entrance. This is well East of our position and on the face of it, gives the impression that our cruising-race lead has surrendered.

Communication has been flying on this subject between ourselves, Easy Tiger and interested observers. Easy Tiger claim they are now leading. This is subject of a dispute on the grounds that ET failed to round the buoy at both Port Fairy and at Constitution Dock, Hobart. The Race Committee will most likely convene in the Lake Entrance Pub in early April to resolve the matter. This will be a great opportunity for a reunion and might inspire Urchin come out of retirement too.
