Family were mobilised to collect mail and a few other items and drop them off to the Best's prior to departure. Mum topped up the delivery with a care pack of sausage rolls for the Bloke and fruit cake. YUM. In response to our quest for a wine top-up, a carton of economical white and red from the Margaret River area were also delivered. The perfect combination: all food groups covered! Notice that while we are connected to a jetty and have unlimited access to water, it is no longer the gift of choice.
After a long drive down, Lee and David joined a table of we voyagers for a Friday night dinner at the Esperance Bay Yacht Club.
